Jason Dispenza, founder and CEO of EDGE Energy, holds degrees in chemistry and economics from UVA. With over 20 years of experience, he built EDGE Energy to provide high-quality, sustainable home solutions. His team has helped thousands access state grants for energy upgrades. He values craftsmanship, technical expertise, and accountability. Outside of work, he enjoys technology, sustainability, and the outdoors.

Tony and his family have lived in Virginia since 1992. He earned an engineering degree from UVA before joining EDGE, where he's worked as an energy auditor, project manager, and in all aspects of solar. With 16 years of experience, he sees solar as one of many solutions to our growing energy demand. He values work ethic, transparency, and resiliency. Outside of work, he enjoys construction projects and spending time outdoors.

Simone serves as EDGE's Director of Operations, overseeing daily functions to ensure efficiency and growth. Since joining, he has held roles in auditing, project management, sales, and IT, gaining a deep industry understanding. Originally from Italy, he holds a Harvard degree in Environmental Science. He enjoys golf, tennis, traveling, and spending time with family.

Jay found his way into solar while running a web design business in the Bay Area. After moving to Las Vegas in 2013, he joined SolarCity and discovered his passion for the industry. He's been with EDGE since 2024 and values its strong team dynamic and customer-first approach. Outside of work, he enjoys camping, off-roading, and spending time with his family—including his yellow lab, Rex.

Jack found his passion for solar in the DMV back in 2009 after serving in the Peace Corps in Ecuador and teaching in NoVA. With experience in policy, sales, and management, he's worked in both residential and commercial solar. He joined EDGE after nearly a decade in Fortune 500 solar companies, drawn by its strong company culture. Outside of work, he loves playing volleyball with his daughter, rock climbing, and traveling to Colombia with his wife.

Kimberly brings over 15 years of accounting and finance experience to EDGE, having worked with both small businesses and enterprises. Her expertise ensures sound financial management and strategic planning. Kim values precision, integrity, and teamwork. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, volunteering, and time with her family.
